When you submit an appointment request, we collect your name, email, phone, area, and a brief description of your concern. We do not collect detailed clinical history through the website.
Why we collect it
Your information is used only to schedule your appointment and provide care. Dr. Siddhi calls or messages you to confirm; afterward, we keep basic visit records so we can serve you better on follow-up visits.
Who can see it
Only Dr. Siddhi can access your information. Submissions are stored in a private, secure database. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep request and visit records for as long as you remain a patient and for a reasonable period after, in line with general health-record retention practice. You can request deletion at any time by emailing patilsiddhi810@gmail.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We don't use tracking cookies or sell visitor data.
